The filtration plate is made of many layers of stainless steel filtration materials, and they re installed on the central liquid collection pipe,so it can be dismantled for cleaning very conveniently.

The filter leafs are designed for free drainage and low pressure drop.

*Leaves surrounded by heavy box channel 1.8 mm material 316L.

*Topside of leaf with reinforcement and one vibrator fork per leaf. Vibrator fork in material SS 316.

* Leaf bottom with outlet nozzle with "O"ring seal. Material nozzle SS 316 and Viton rubber "O"ring.

*At the bottom of the filter a DN 400 butterfly valve WAFER TYPE for dry cake discharge.

*Will be used 1st quality butterfly valve

*Seat material : NH-S (up to 150 °C high temp).

*Valve complete with pneumatic actuator double acting type with air supply 5,5 Bar.
